Congratulations to The Society of Construction Law, its regional team and the guest speakers for a well organised and informative event recently held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.

The discussions gave us plenty to think about including the extent to which AI is, or might be used, to reach decisions, the level of unregulated construction products used in the UK, the risks involved with tick box design responsibility matrices, and the almost inevitable upcoming increase in PFI disputes due to the volume of PFI expiring in the coming years.
