NEC4 Training - OnSite

David Stones recently delivered a comprehensive training session focused on the NEC4 framework to employees at OnSite Central Limited, IWS Mechanical & Electrical, and G Stow plc. This training provided employees with valuable insights to support their professional development in their respective roles.

The sessions were attended by a varied group of professionals, including Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Coordinators, and Health and Safety personnel. For some, the training served as a refresher, while for others, it provided essential knowledge to enhance their day-to-day responsibilities.

The training covered key topics such as the acceptance of programmes and their content, early warning procedures, compensation event processes, and more. The engagement and enthusiasm displayed by the participants was outstanding, with many sharing examples from their current and past projects. Employees also took the opportunity to reflect on
how they would manage a contract differently, now that they had a better understanding of the NEC4 principles.
